Occasionally, users may open a Sureshot app from Eloqua and the configuration page is blank like shown below.
This typically occurs when the user belongs to more than one Incindio (Sureshot) organization (in most cases, if a Sandbox environment was initially setup for you during testing). If the user had last selected an organization other than the one you are working in now, you will see this behavior.
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps.
- go tohttps://app.incindio.com/
- login with the credentials you use to login to Sureshot apps
- click on Organizations
- you should see all organizations that your user belongs to listed here - select the one you are working in now. Example:
- you can then also go to Dashboard to make sure you see the configurations that have been setup in Eloqua. Example:
Now that you have the proper organization selected, you can return to Eloqua and open the app again and it should no longer be blank. As long as you don't change back to the other (i.e. Sandbox, etc.) organization, you should no longer have this issue and should not have to repeat these steps. If you are using a shared account and someone else could have changed the organization, repeat the steps above to ensure you have the proper organization selected.
